Gregg is one of the most experienced and successful mediators in the U.S. He is the founder and CEO of Pacific ADR Consulting, LLC, a Pacific Northwest mediation and arbitration service provider. Gregg and Pacific ADR's panelists mediate and/or arbitrate in every area of civil litigation at the highest professional level.
Gregg Bertram is one of the most experienced and successful mediator/arbitrators in the United States. His company, Pacific ADR Consulting, LLC, is based in Seattle but Gregg and other Pacific ADR panel members work throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
At Pacific ADR, Gregg and his colleagues mediate and arbitrate disputes involving business and contract relationships, real estate/land use, health care, employment, personal injury, professional negligence, construction, environmental, insurance coverage, trust and estate and domestic relations.

Prior to forming Pacific ADR, Gregg was a principal at JAMS, the largest ADR service provider in America. Previously, he was affiliated with Washington Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc., an ADR provider that first popularized mediation in Washington State.
Gregg is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, the ADR Roundtable and a panel member of the American Arbitration Association. He is the former Chair of the Washington State Bar Association ADR Committee and the Federal Bar Association ADR Section. Gregg is a frequent speaker on various ADR topics and the author of "So, You Want to Mediate?: A User's Guide," a mediation guide for mediation consumers.
