Ms. Clark’s past experience includes her position as a Senior Asset Manager with Goodman Real Estate in Seattle, WA where her responsibilities included development and execution of ownership goals for over 6,000 apartment units as well as approximately 300,000 sqft of office and retail space. During her fifteen years with Goodman she helped to grow the company from three to thirty employees and increase the company’s investments from approximately $100 million to over $2.5 billion. She managed a core group of regional and national portfolio investment managers on apartment, office, mixed-used and retail project to ensure the success of each asset.
