Mr. Bhalerao is an expert at Exchange and SQL Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity planning and implementation. He has worked with many large and small companies to plan their DR. As such he is familiar with many DR solutions for Exchange and SQL Servers, and can recommend and implement them cost effectively, that will meet all compliance requirements. For example, he is working with organizations for email archival that meets with the Freedom of information act. He has planned and is in the process of implementing a SQL standby solution for an organization in a large hospital that has to meet HIPAA requirements.
Before founding Network Solution, Mr. Bhalerao led Vestra-Subco, a company in Austin, Texas in the business of contract manufacturing and electronics repair (1985-1988). The company’s customers included IBM, Compaq, Motorola and Dell. At one time, Vestra Subco manufactured about 3000 systems (286/AT) per month for Dell. As a consequence of this, the company got more into computer networking including manufacture of NICs, Novell Network installations, and developed the first Communications gateway. The sales of the Company grew from zero to $2 million in less than 3 years.
Earlier in his career Mr. Bhalerao held positions with Macmillan, Inc., the publishing company (1973-1980), and Burmah Castrol (1981-1984).
At Macmillan, he started as an analyst and was promoted many times. His first assignment was market research which was part of his MBA major. The last position he held was that of a General Manager of a division of the Corporation with sales of about $5 million and 120 employees. As such, he had complete P&L responsibility.
In Burmah Castrol, he was the Operations Manager of the North East region. He consolidated operations in a new warehouse facility, was responsible for direct sales, along with the operational profitability of the NE Region. He was involved in marketing efforts to retail sector. | | | |
