In 1981, Mr. Kostov founded Kostov Productions, a full-service film, video, and multimedia production company based in Seattle, where he serves as President and Executive Producer. Recently Mr. Kostov moved the entire operation of Kostov Productions from downtown Seattle to just outside of Woodinville on a sprawling 43-acre ranch. Kostov Productions is focused on their clients' needs and goals to deliver the best product and solve communication challenges while keeping creativity and sound business practices in mind. Programs include television commercials and programming, corporate image films, training and orientation videos, and feature films. Some clients of Kostov Productions are Swedish Hospital, Milliman USA, Phillips, Banner, Sleep Country USA, Starbucks, Zymogenetics, and the Lions Foundation. Mr. Kostov's work has earned numerous awards, including one Platinum and six Gold Telly Awards, the Gold Award from the International Television Association Emerald Awards, an Award of Merit from the Port of Seattle, an award from the Washington State Department of Community Development, a Citation of Excellence from the Public Relations Society of America, and many more. Before founding his own company, Mr. Kostov had many years of experience across the U.S. with various radio stations, including those owned by Golden West Broadcasting, Entercom Communications, and Gillette Broadcasting.
