    Customized Presentations by Julie Tobiason

Through my years as a performing artist, I have learned some important lessons about business and life. I would like to share my experience with you:

Coaching and Mentoring. There are many benefits to private coaching and mentoring.  How should you choose your mentor or coach?

The Forest and the Trees. I can share techniques for paying attention to the details in life, so over time you can achieve the big picture. Realize your potential and live your dreams.

A guide to non-verbal communication. No one understands body language better than a professional dancer. Learn visual cues and how to read and understand other people when you are working with a team. Learn to recognize how different people process information.

Managing Priorities. How do you decide what is important? When do you persevere? When do you let go and move on?  How do you listen to your intuition and the value of listening and trusting your gut instincts?  As a mother, I have learned so much from caring from my children while running a household and juggling a professional career.  Managing multiple priorities is never easy but through years of practice, I can offer you some tried and true techniques.

Performance Anxiety.  No one understands performance anxiety more than a performing artist.  There are many techniques for overcoming apprehension about public speaking, giving presentations, participating in meetings, and job interviews.

Throughout my experience, I have learned many ways of overcoming obstacles and forging ahead. As my 84 year old Mom always says, “Don’t think too much and just keep going!”  –Julie Tobiason
